Collect & Deliver Service

  • The Collect & Deliver Service is available to all customers residing in South Africa.
  • The Collect & Deliver Service is available at selected stores.
  • The Collect & Deliver service is booked telephonically and arranged directly with a representative of your nearest store in advance.
  • The Collect & Deliver Service is available within a 10km radius of your nearest store.
  • Please ensure that your insurance covers the collection and delivery of your vehicle by a license bearing TYRES & MORE® driver.
  • Full payment for the services rendered must be processed prior to delivery of your vehicle by means of Ozow (www.ozow.com).
  • The collection of your vehicle will be arranged with you by a store representative, the vehicle will be returned to you before close of business or as per arrangement with the store manager.
  • Please be patient and understanding with the execution of the Collect & Deliver Service as we have limited resources and are not able to provide a fixed time for the delivery of your vehicle. We will endeavour to assist within acceptable times and remain in constant communication with you in regard to your vehicle.
  • The Collect & Deliver Service follows a heightened hygiene protocol in order to protect our customers and our staff members when collecting and delivering your vehicle.
