Returns, Refunds and Warranty Policy

At Tyres & More®, we are committed to providing quality products and reliable service. This policy outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranties are handled for online purchases.

1. Exchanges for Incorrect Purchases

Customers who have purchased incorrect tyres online may exchange their order in-store for the correct tyres, subject to availability.

  • If the replacement tyres are of a lower value, the price difference will be refunded.
  • If the replacement tyres are of a higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference in-store.

All exchanges are subject to product inspection and approval.

2. Return Conditions

Due to the safety-critical nature of tyres, returns and exchanges will only be considered if:

  • The tyres have not been fitted, used, or driven on
  • The tyres are undamaged and in their original condition
  • The return is requested within a reasonable period after purchase

Tyres & More® reserves the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

3. Stock Availability and Order Fulfilment

While every effort is made to ensure product availability:

  • Orders are subject to stock availability at the time of processing
  • If a product is unavailable, customers will be notified promptly
  • A full refund will be issued if the order cannot be fulfilled

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:

  • Where an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability
  • Where a valid return or exchange results in a price difference owed to the customer

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

5. Fitted or Used Tyres

Tyres that have been fitted, used, or driven on cannot be returned or refunded, except where a valid manufacturing defect exists and is covered under warranty.

6. Warranty and Defective Products

All tyres are covered by manufacturer warranties against defects in material or workmanship.

  • Any suspected defect must be assessed through an in-store inspection process
  • Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer approval
  • If approved, remedies may include repair, replacement, or credit, depending on the supplier’s policy

This does not cover damage caused by road hazards, misuse, incorrect fitment, or normal wear and tear.

7. Refund Method

  • No cash refunds will be issued for online purchases
  • Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout

8. Consumer Rights

This policy operates in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your statutory rights.
